She went to great lengths to communicate expectations of my sale, advise on financial and pricing matters, as well as relating trends of prior sales and experiences in making all decisions. I was living out-of-town and Lisa, understanding how disconnected I would feel, gave me daily updates and made frequent personal visits to monitor my property for me.
Lisa uses technology in many effective ways.  It's encouraging that she is always in a closing to provide evidence to her successful, productive practice yet she is easily accessible via text and email.  She is exceptionally prompt in returning all forms of communication. Lisa goes above and beyond what would be considered "normal" realtor roles and responsibilities. She endured my former rude and difficult (putting it nicely) tenants to attempt to have more showings. She would often drop by to walk the property and even made sure that water, A/C and heater where turned off when showing were completed.
On the rare occasion that she needed to find out some very detailed information, she tracked data, laws, procedures and so on down with effortless determination. The personal nature that she handled my home sales made me feel as if I were her only client. There was no request that seemed too ridiculous for her to entertain, no correspondence that went unanswered, and no opportunity to close that went squandered.
